…Anabel Hoult, has been the CEO at Which? for the last four years. Which? is the UK’s consumer champion and as an organisation is not for profit and all for protecting consumers, but until its current chapter it relied on a business model that wasn't entirely in tune with the organisation’s values. Anabel and her team have returned to a purpose they believe in, making life simpler, fairer and safer for all UK consumers, reinventing the membership proposition and business model so it is in line with these values, while still being attractive to subscribers so the organisation can grow healthily too. Anabel has also been part of the Carphone Warehouse customer pioneer story for 10 years running the Services Division including Geek Squad.
