…who has led policy reviews using systems thinking to get whole systems to operate in ways that are customer-led, producing good results for the people they serve. One example was a review on behalf of government into the defined benefit pension system, showing for example how they could often have a negative effect on people in other parts of the wider pension and economic system. As Chair of Financial Systems Thinking Innovation Centre (Finstic), he encourages this approach to thinking. He is also a non-exec, working only with customer orientated organisations, for example being Chair at eValue, a fast-growing digital financial advice and planning company.
