David Magliano

…whose customer pioneering includes a central part in the launch of Go, the BA-owned discount airline, becoming part of easyJet and inspiring some of their later work too. He helped London and the UK win the 2012 Olympics for London with a customer-led story. And he has steered The Guardian towards generating sustainable customer revenue in a way that’s consistent with their values, earning their support. This was arrived at over time and was far from obvious, needing experimentation, good customer insight, teamwork and a preparedness for a serious change in direction.
