Claudia Bhugra-Schmid, Senior Consultant
Claudia is a strategic thinker who draws on the outside world and its impact on customers’ attitudes and behaviours, from human and cultural insight to foresight and trends.
Since joining The Foundation in 2019, she has worked across a series of categories and challenges, from developing a new and revitalised brand positioning for The Roundhouse, to helping The Body Shop better connect their purpose with their customer experience, to challenging Vanquis Bank’s understanding of their customers and identifying value-generating opportunities to better serve them.
Prior to The Foundation, Claudia worked in the consulting division of Kantar and has a background in advertising.
