Claudia Bhugra-Schmid, Senior Consultant

Claudia’s experience revolves around bringing the outside world into strategic thinking, from human and cultural insight to foresight and trends. She has worked across a range of categories and challenges, including managing the development of a strategy for growing appeal with girls for LEGO, the exploration of how masculinity is changing for Unilever, and an investigation into how the future of dinner would impact Mars' food business. Prior to joining The Foundation, Claudia was a Senior Consultant in the Consulting division of Kantar and has a background in advertising. She loves helping businesses make their brands more relevant and contemporary, which has led to work exploring the positive impact and purpose of business in society. In her spare time she is most likely to be found enjoying London's eclectic food scene and stopping every dog-owner in the street to say hello (to dog, not owner).
