…whose customer pioneering was as Director of Tesco Clubcard in the very early days, using it to help Tesco learn how to do a better job for customers based on data showing what they did, giving new insight about customers not just products. He then became Loyalty Director at Boots developing the Advantage Card with more of an emotional treat role for customers. More recently did the same for Nakumatt in Kenya, making loyalty and data work for customers and business
