Eleanor Ford

… who is pioneering at Zinc, an accelerator with a difference, focused first on solving society’s problems not just realising commercial value for investors and founders. They’ve been going since 2017 and Ellie’s been involved since 2019, having previously been at the Good Lab doing something with similarities, working with for charities. She’s been the Academy Director for most of that time, helping the teams of innovators who are recruited by ‘mission’, each of which tackles one of the great unmet needs in the developed world, with an addressable market exceeding 100m people, with lots of unexploited opportunities to make a difference, in part through new technologies and new insights from research. She’s now Chief People Officer, working on the ways Zinc expands and stays relevant while staying true to its beliefs and ways of working.
