…who was part of the phenomenal period of Google’s rapid growth in Europe, taking a bigger picture view of the ways value could be created for Google’s B2B customers and agencies, and steering to overcome unintended consequences of the speed that things were moving at. Having developed a strategic view of the mediatech revolution, she then helped ITV and Clear Channel Outdoor respond from an incumbent perspective. Since then, Sarah’s tackled a whole range of challenges, but all linked by a thread of using technology for good, as she puts it, human-centric technology disruption (or customer pioneering as we put it).
