....who is Professor of Marketing and Change Management at IMD Business School, co-author of The Customer Copernicus and of award-winning research on ‘Druckerism’ and the ideal of being customer-led. He has guided the development of a customer-led mindset of many of the world’s most prominent companies and closer to home, working with a cross-disciplinary team, enabled IMD’s MBA students to continue face-to-face classes throughout the pandemic. This took a big and risky up-front investment, justified as the right thing to do and unusual – IMD was not only the only ranked school that attempted to do it, it did it successfully.
