Our Mountaineers
Turning an organisation into a genuine customer pioneer is rare. It takes confidence and skill on a journey where the first steps can be hard to justify and daunting to tackle. Our Mountaineers have all played a leading role in doing this for real.
Succeeding meant overcoming an organisation’s natural self-centred view, being able to see their world from the outside-in, the way customers - real people - experience things. Their stories and their learning are gold dust (although they’re largely too modest to say so themselves).
